Yes. Pfizer Australia is delivering to all pharmacies in Australia regardless of location.

Most pharmacies receive their order the next business day. Delivery times for some regional and remote pharmacies vary depending on the location.

  • To enable Pfizer to provide you with timely and reliable distribution service the cut off time for electronic orders has been set at 3pm (local time), Monday to Friday and the cut off time for telephone/faxed orders at 2pm (local time), Monday to Friday, for next business day delivery.
  • The cut off time for orders from the critical products list is set at 3pm (local time) for next business day delivery. Remember to place these orders via the Customer Service team on 1800 999 543.

No, there is no minimum order. We want to encourage efficient ordering patterns, while also recognising your need to manage your own stock holding requirements.

Yes. You need to open an account with Pfizer to enable you to deal directly with us. Accounts can be opened online or via your PEP representative. If you would like assistance with this please contact our Customer Service or PEP team. Many pharmacists already have an account with Pfizer Direct.

No, you only need to create one account with Pfizer Australia.

Pfizer is currently standardising our processes for delivering cold chain items to eliminate discrepancies in delivery procedures between existing Pfizer products and ex-Wyeth items. The packaging of Pfizer’s cold chain medicines has been changed and fully validated to ensure that these items are maintained at a temperature of 2-8 degrees celsius during delivery, eliminating the need for ‘Tag Alerts’.

We have changed our packaging configuration in conjunction with the removal of tag alerts and have completed extensive testing to ensure safe and reliable delivery of all cold chain goods.
